# District NFT

## **Crops NFT**

Crops are owned by users within the Tillage platform. This is materialised by issuing or staking Crops NFTs to own specific crop NFTs.

When a user purchases Crops NFT issued with $TILL tokens, the crops provided are identical to the crops owned by the Tillage Foundation. This is because the foundation can provide actual physical service support, which is the basis of the project, only when the foundation actually has the crops. Instead of simply investing or trading NFTs during a specific period or event, users directly can receive the crops or seeds they need to their home.

Crops NFT generates rewards in % ratio according to volatility over 1 year in the form of $TILL tokens for each NFT through staking, which is referred to “Growing Farm” in the Tillage platform.
